My favorite artist changes all the time. At this moment, it would have to be a woman named Natalia Fabia. Natalia resides in southern California where she also graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. She has been painting all her life but really got into oils when she was 16. She is really inspired by burlesque and pin ups. She's my favorite artist at the moment because her work is very edgy. She likes to paint woman who display a punk rock attitude. She paints woman who seem to be very independent and sexy. I love drawing and painting woman so when I saw her work I liked it right away. I love painting women that have a punk rock feel to them. I love the details she puts into her work. The way she paints is also something that I really admire from her. She does not blend her colors all they way and does not make everything look so perfect. You can actually see a lot of imperfections in her work but I really like it. I also love the way she emphasizes in the shape of the woman. She makes the women look real without looking like theyre perfect. I like that she gives them their own imperfections. Overall, I love Natalia’s work because she makes it her own and I havent’t really seen anything like her work before. Natalia’s work really inspired me to keep doing what I love to do because I see how successful she is even though her work isn't very common.
